Michelle Still Mehta, PhD
As a consultant and coach, my specialty is helping organizations and people successfully navigate transition. My goals are to help leaders authentically lead change, and to help individuals lead working lives that are healthy and whole, a reflection of their true authentic selves.
I got into the consulting field more than 25 years ago, and have spent most of my career helping organizations through large-scale change. About 15 years ago, I began coaching leaders and individuals, recognizing that individual transformation is at the heart of all real change.
I also offer career and life coaching for military spouses, knowing from my own experience as a military spouse that the military life is a life of constant transition and need for self-reinvention. My research on this topic led to my book, Silent Sacrifice on the Homefront, and offers a framework military spouses can use for integrating work into their complex military lives.
My educational background includes a PhD in Human & Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University, a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, and a Bachelor of Arts from UC Berkeley.
